Artwork Submission Guidelines – Updated Feb 10, 2015
At FLAGWORKSGROUP our goal is to reproduce your images in the top quality format that you brand deserves.
IMPORTANT
All SwagWorks orders require vector eps artwork
Artwork submitted in CMYK or RGB format will be reproduced AS IS
ACCEPTED FORMATS
- ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR CC
- EPS or AI files
- ALL FONTS converted to outlines
- Specify Pantone numbers (solid coated)
- ADOBE INDESIGN CC
- Select File > Package & create a folder with your linked images
- Specify Pantone numbers (solid coated)
- ADOBE PHOTOSHOP CC
- PSD, TIFF or high quality JPEG
- Minimum resolution is 72 dpi at 100% production size
- 100 to 150 dpi is ideal
- PDF
- If the file is 100% of reproduction size, PRESS QUALITY PDF’s are acceptable
OTHER DETAILS
- SCALE
- Ensure that images scale to 100% without compromising image quality
- IMAGE BLEED
- Where possible, provide extra image for bleed
- If not provided, bleed will be solid color
NOT ACCEPTABLE
Quark Express, Freehand, Corel Draw, Publisher, Powerpoint, Word or Multi-page PDF files
TRANSFERRING FILES
RECOMMENDED – For files from 10 to 100 megabytes, use Dropbox
Go to www.dropbox.com, create an account & share with art2@flagworks.com
OR
Files under 100mg send via YOUSENDIT.COM, clearly stating in the email field artwork name, your rep’s name & company name & email to art@flagworks.com. CC your rep as well.
Manually by DVD, Thumb Drive, USB or portable hard drive
ART CHARGES
$100/hr. billed in 15 minute increments
Rebuilds must be submitted for quote
